Each lesson has a specific theme such as mental health first aid. The learners will have activities to complete for each lesson. The mentor will cover the topic, as outlined in the mentor booklet, to provide information and teach the learners on the topic. In addition to this the mentor will also deliver an interactive fitness workout, either using our videos provided, or by one of our qualified mentors in person.
